1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website of The Curtain Cart (thecurtaincart.com) and placing orders for our custom curtains, blinds, tracks, and accessories, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Made-to-Measure Custom Orders

All custom curtains and window treatments are tailored to the customer-provided specifications (width, drop, pleat style, fabric, and lining type) or dimensions recorded during our authorized in-home measurement visit.

Measurement Accuracy: Customers submitting self-measured dimensions are responsible for the accuracy of their numbers. We provide detailed measuring guides and video assistance to help prevent errors.
Fabric Appearance & Dye Lots: Natural linen, cotton, and velvet fibers may exhibit subtle natural weave textures and minor dye-lot variations characteristic of authentic textiles.
Production Tolerances: Due to hand-finishing and hem tailoring, industry-standard tolerances of +/- 1.0 cm on height and width are normal.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our site are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and major cards. We reserve the right to correct any inadvertent pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including photography, editorial curtain guides, design calculators, brand logos, and software code—is the property of The Curtain Cart and protected under Pakistani and international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Curtain Cart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from incorrect self-measurement, improper customer installation, or misuse of products.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
